Built in 1896 and used as such until 1958, the historic Conde Workshops are the origin of the Society of Asturias, founded by Count Sizzo late nineteenth century ("1894?). With nearly 200 meters long, two ships of 10 meters, together with parts of reblonado TECINA, now in disuse.
In 1900, it blends the call bell Sortini, awarded at the Great Exhibition of Paris and Sevilla, being donated by Duro Felguera to the Basilica de Covadonga. Currently there are numerous and controversial efforts to restore these buildings and turn them into a space and business center, more than 6 million euros.
